Eric Twiname

Eric Twiname has been developing tape formulas and ceramic manufacturing systems for over 25 years. Working first with Richard E. Mistler, Inc. as "the other guy" (a real job title on a business card), transitioning the business for RIchard and moving to ESL Electroscience where he managed Tape manufacturing and IT, then transitioning that business as it merged with Ferro Electronic Materials.

Eric has developed new machines, designed and managed 5S for tape manufacturing, production control systems, batch dispensing protocol, QC, QA, inventory control systems and predictive raw material management systems, including all database programming.



In 2020, Eric approached Karen Jones-Williams, who already owned and operated the complimentary company Thick Film Accessories, Ltd. to establish a European location for The Tape Casting Warehouse in order to offer lower shipping costs to customers in Europe and Asia. With Eric and Karen working together, The Tape Casting Warehouse (Europe), Ltd. was established.

Eric enjoys all aspect of tape casting, but primarily values teaching and training in effective production processes and systems. He primarily enjoys serving people in the form of aid, training and coaching in the achievement of life goals, corporate goals and the fulfillment of desires that have been cast aside as unachievable. All things are possible through Him who strengthens me. Eric also offers business consulting in related fields and treasures the job title of "Fixer of Outdated Systems".
