Silicone Coated Mylar®

The Tape Casting Warehouse (Europe), Ltd. stocks 1000 linear foot rolls of 3mil (75um) clear Mylar® Si-coated one side for short lead times and lower shipping costs to Europe.

Custom widths, lengths and stocking arrangements are available.

Stocked film properties:

• 3mil thickness, clear/milky white appearance
• 20-39 g/inch release value
• Average grams per inch, 15 min. dwell time, 180deg pull at 200in/min using Tesa 7475 tape.

Other films are also available such as:

• 2mil white punchable (typically for LTCC)
• 3mil white (coated or uncoated)
• 3mil clear uncoated
• Other thicknesses and types…pretty much anything you could want…
